Individual one-to-one yoga

For two classes a day I will be your personal yoga teacher. This will allow us an excellent opportunity to develop your body and mind.

If yoga is new to you, we will undertake a beginner’s course for the duration of your stay. With the frequency of the classes and individual attention I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised with your progress. If, on the other hand yoga is already part of your life, I will help you deepen your practice.

On a daily basis our sessions will include yoga asanas (postures) as well as deep relaxation and meditation. You will learn to breathe properly and practice pranayama (breath control).

You will eat from my yogic kitchen (my food philosophy); fresh, pure, healthy, detoxing and energising vegetarian/ayurvedic food.

A typical daily schedule:

07:00 Herbal Tea, Meditation
07:30 Yoga Practice (90mins)
09:30 Breakfast
13:00 Lunch
16:00 Yoga Practice (90 mins)
19:00 Dinner

What you will take home:

• knowledge of all aspects of yoga (Asanas, Pranayama, Relaxation, Meditation,
Nutrition and Philosophy)
• a yoga routine designed especially for you, to cover all your ‘weak’ points
• a healthy and detoxed body with a great flow of life energy
• a happy heart and a calm mind
• a nutrition report based on ayurvedic beliefs (ayurveda)
adjusted to a western body and lifestyle
• guidelines on how to keep your health and happiness at the highest level
