Nutrition / vegetarian cooking, Ayurveda

You will spend five days with your personal nutritionist and cook. If you wish, the programme will be based on the ayurvedic philosophy. In this instance you will learn to cook ayurvedic dishes according to your body type. We can however, just concentrate on general healthy nutrition, learning to cook the most delicious vegetarian meals. You will learn how to eat healthily, what’s best to eat for you, how to keep your kitchen pure and how to put all your heart into cooking.

This programme is for anyone who: believes in ‘you are what you eat’, loves vegetarian food (but has run out of menu ideas), wants to experience how it feels to be healthy, feels the need to spend a lot of time with a personal nutritionist (in order to change old eating habits) or anybody that wants to learn about ayurveda.

Daily schedule:

07:00 Lemon tea, Meditation
07:30 Personal 1:1 yoga class (60 mins)
09:00 Breakfast preparation
12:00 Lunch preparation
17:00 Dinner preparation

What you will take home:

• a personal nutrition report based on ayurvedic philosophy adjusted to your lifestyle
• a large selection of vegetarian / ayurvedic recipes and great new cooking skills
• a new experience of how food can give you a healthy body, a happy heart and how cooking
can be part of your mediation practice.
• a personal yoga routine designed according to your needs.
