Location, Pricing & Schedule You'll find the apartment on Pricing: 1300 Euros per person, 2000 for two persons sharing the double bed (max.) This includes accommodation, 3 meals / day and the programme content as written in the schedule. If you wish to design your own bespoke programme content, please contact me for the prices. Schedule: Each day starts at around 07:00, with meditation, followed by a personal one-to-one yoga class. At roughly 10:00 breakfast will be served. Lunch is at 13:00 and at dinner at 19:00. There will be a minimum of four hours personal coaching throughout each day. Outside our personal coaching programme there will be time for you to experience some of the many beautiful things the Algarve has to offer. However, I recommend you do limit your excursions outside the scheduled programme hours in order to achieve maximum benefit from our personal coaching. Each programme lasts for 5 days. The days of the week are flexible, arrival time the night before, departure the morning after the programme. |
