Dare to Share
Every time I’m blown away by the magic that happens when humans get together in a circle. We sing, we share, we listen, we dance and we do what ever feels just right in the moment.
I’m running women’s circles for several years, but this ‘dare to share’ project is also part of my personal interest in embodiment and empowerment of women as I’m studying somatic education for women. I have a strong desire to bring women in her power, connect to her womb, her voice, her dance and her soft sensual beautiful being.
Women’s circle, let HER sing
Opening the channel of the voice - can you imagine how it feels when you are fully open to express your voice? This women’s circle is for her voice, we do some energetic work to specifically open and soften the channel of the voice… and then we sing. Women of all ages are welcome - when we get together to sing, we always sing for the collective and the ancestors are behind us and the daughters and granddaughters are in front of us!

Come, if you feel you can’t sing (you can!), if people told you you don’t have a voice, if you feel there are things that you can’t express in words, but in voice, if you feel to be free.
No singing experience needed. I’m not a singing teacher, I work energetically and I love to sing.

Women’s circle, sing & share
This is a more intimate circle (space for max 8 women) to get together and sing & share. Singing will bring us into our hearts and bodies and simulates the channel of the voice, so words can be expressed.

For this circle you will have to sign up in advance through a text or telegram group.
Women’s circle, sing & share
This circle is for women that like to sing and also share what’s present in the moment. Singing will tune our voices, our hearts, our frequencies and then we share what’s present.
Women’s circles are very potent and powerful. When one women shares, she often speaks on behalf or many others and the collective. For me, sitting and singing with other women, it’s one of the most healing things I can do to my whole system.

This circle is small and intimate at fire place, max 8 women

And… all my life I have a strong interested in dynamics of relationships and therefore have also opened a relationship circle for 3 couples (see below).

next Date: Thursday 02. Mai , 11.00 - 13.00
Location: Village of Bordeira, Aljezur
Contribution: 15 Eur + / person
This is a space for couples to share in a circle with other couples about relationship topics such as communication, connection, intimacy, sexuality. This circle is powerful, beautiful, vulnerable and very healing. You will find the same topics coming up in other relationships and alone takes a lot of pressure off.
If you are interested, but your partner does not dare to share (yet), feel free to join, as I do believe that also only one person can change the wind in a relationship.
This circle has space for 8 people and we meet once a month.

Whenever Jeska Onderwater is in town, we et together to sing, we get together help energies move … listen here or watch a youtube and I highly recommend to check her out on any music channel.
