Cancellation policy:

We hope you don't, but should you have to cancel your booking, our refund policy is as follows (minus bank fees): 

• Less than three weeks before program: no refund
• Three to six weeks before program: 50% refund
• Six to twelve weeks before program : 80% refund
• Three months or more: 90% refund
• Cancellation within 7 days of booking: 100% refund
